Each product is stored on Secqrd using a combination of business ID + product ID as below:
<5-Digit Business Code>-<Product Code>
For example:
OZRPL-TMHAS3802XÂ
This code can be entered by a buyer into their account to discover the exact product that is sold by a busines seller.
5-Step product e-registration
Buyer logs into Secqrd using Facebook or Gmail
Buyer visits the “Create New Asset” page on their Secqrd account.
Buyer adds your product based on a unique model ID.
Buyer adds information on product (store details, location)
Buyer creates a Secqrd asset in their account
Single social media login for easier buyer registration

Stored data in system as below:
- Product name
- Product description
- Product unique code
- Product type
- Product category
- Product brand
- Product attributes (expandable with + button)
- Product versions (expandable with + button)
- Product model number
- Product model year (from to end)
- Product default warranty (pre-set)
- Product colours (multiple selection)
- Upload multiple formats - PNG/JPEG
- User manual upload (PDF)
- Product manufacturer contact details
- Manufacturer warranty registration URL

- Current inventory details
Store Manufacturer Related Data
- You can also save manufacturer details for easier references in future.
- Set the manufacturer warranty link URL to enable buyers to directly register their warranties with the manufacturer.
