You can contact us directly at team@secqrd.com to request for a 7-days extension upon the completion of your 14-day trial period. On default, your account will be deactivated unless you purchase a subscription plan from your business admin panel.
No. Secqrd charges a flat fee per business annually for each of its plans. Each plan comes with a range of admin accounts and a range of user accounts according to the respective plans. These user accounts are termed as viewer accounts on Secqrd.
No. Secqrd does not charge you on usage fees. There is no messaging limit, no credit-based system, no limit on usage. However our pricing packages are limited based on your company size (user accounts), product inventory size (maximum products) and your customer base (maximum customers assigned to your business).
Yes. If you subscribe to our 2-year plan (24-Months), you will get 30% OFF.

No. We are happy to give your business a full refund (minus any transaction fees on the payments made by your business to Secqrd and for the transaction from Secqrd to your business). You can contact us directly at refunds@secqrd.com to request for your refund. Also note that the refund will only be eligible 60 calendar days from the date of payment of your subscription fees. Any refund claims made after this period will not be processed. We sincerely apologise for this as our policy is fixed to 60-days.
